​Return Policy

• All return packages must be received within 15 days of the date you received your merchandise.

• Merchandise must include the original packaging box or wrappings in its original condition. Merchandise without original packaging are not eligible for return or refund.

• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return

• Product exchange is subject to stock availability.

• You will receive an email once your return has been processed.  Please allow 10 business days from the time we receive your return product for it to be processed

• Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit

• Should you wish to exchange an item for an alternative product, please email us  info@kissyme.com within 15 days of the date your order shipped from us and we will reserve it for you if the item is in stock.  As soon as we receive your return, we will dispatch your new product to you after the goods have undergone a quality control check.
